Alfred Oladapo is a Leadership Expert and Business Consultant who has attained prominence and gained recognition for his work in Leadership Development, Organizational Growth, Cultural Transformation, Team Dynamics, Coaching, and Mentoring.
He is an Executive Vice President (Africa) at iLeadafrica Leadership Academy®; a consortium of Harvard-trained experts in Human and Institutional Capacity Development, (HICD) that empowers leaders and organizations with competencies for effective engagement.
With over 25 years of quality experience, he has created over 32 programs to enhance active employee engagement. He annually facilitates numerous training sessions using hybrid methods, with innovative expertise, penetrating insights, and organizational development tools.
He is a Doctoral Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Human Resources Management, FCIHRM; a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management CIPM; and the Nigeria Institute of Training and Development, NITAD.
Alfred Oladapo studied at Harvard University, is a Chartered Human Resources Consultant, CHRC, and holds a Human Resources Practitioner License, HRPL. He is highly a sought-after speaker who has delivered talks, papers, and training at various African conferences and events across Africa and North America.
He is passionate about a new Africa by empowering African leaders, especially Youths, with competencies to reach their full potential and positively impact their communities. He has a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management.
