iLeadafrica Leadership Academy® program for Youths and Women Empowerment (YAWE) focuses passionately on building appropriate soft skills required to succeed in Business, Career, and Entrepreneurship.
It focuses on raising competent leaders for today and tomorrow and is intensely fortified with great insights and penetrating perspectives on pragmatic strategies on how to achieve exceptional results in mind shift, mental renewal, and mindset transformation, self-awareness.
The contextual nature of each of these courses makes it highly suitable for sponsorship by individuals, NGOs, Business Organizations, and government agencies with a deliberate single-mindedness on building the competencies of today’s leaders and emerging future leaders. The core designs focus on Behavioral Skills, Career Skills, Ethical Skills, Business Skills, and Entrepreneurial Skills.
There are two (2) tracks for the program: Career Development Track and the Business and Entrepreneurship Track. The Youths and Women Empowerment (YAWE) courses are specially designed to respond to the issues of increasing unemployment among fresh graduates, Youths and Women in general.
Furthermore, it provides decisive answers for the intellectual, conceptual, economic, and interpersonal development of Youths and Women for leadership across organizational and societal levels.
Fees cover all the materials and facilitation dynamics. For programs/training held in Nigeria, the Naira equivalent value at the official exchange rate applies. When it is held outside Nigeria, fees are paid in USD.
