Competency-Based Promotion

Employee promotion in the 21st Century does not only consider employee experiences and length of years in service, it takes cognizance of the capacity to perform excellently in the new position. iLeadafrica Leadership Academy® possesses the requisite expertise to conduct “Employee Competency Assessment“ in order to ensure staff promotion actually increases the organization’s cumulative competency.

To evaluate employee readiness, relevance, preparedness, and competence as a basis for promotion or elevation into new positions, assignments, and responsibilities.
